Kindling items are delivered via Australia Post, the Australian Government postal service and/or the applicable national postal service for international orders.

Domestic (Australia)

All orders flat rate shipping of $10. 

Registered Post is an additional $3

Orders are posted Monday- Friday and delivery takes between 1-2 days metro and up to 5 days regionally from time of postage.

All deliveries have tracking online, however we do strongly recommend you add ‘Registered post’ at checkout (extra $3) as this gives you ‘signature at delivery’ and an automatic insurance of $100.

Kindling cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for lost packages.  

International

All other orders include a flat rate shipping of $35AUD.

Please be aware that your order may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority for applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient.
