At Kindling we understand that online shopping is more risky than in person. Below is how we offer returns, refunds and size exchanges.

Full priced garments  We will happily do a size exchange, refund or credit note as long as:

- we are notified of the return within 3 days of delivery.

- the garment is unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition with all original tags attached.

- the return is Express Posted with Australia Post. 

Any returns that arrive after the 10 day period will not be accepted.  Kindling cannot accept liability for lost returns. Please track your parcel.

Refunds will be made within 5 days of receipt of garments in original condition, minus original shipping costs.

+++ We ask for a prompt turn around of returns to help us manage our small stock levels for other customers who might be wanting them, especially when we are selling out.
