All full priced garments can be returned for exchange or a credit note within 7 days. After 7 days all sales are final. Any garments purchased from our 'Lucky Last' sale rack are final, no returns or exchanges.

All full priced garments can be returned for an exchange within 7 days, no refunds.  Shipping costs are at the buyers expense. Garments may be exchanged in-store.

Exchanges and returns

We understand that purchasing clothing online is not as easy as in person. All full priced garments purchased online can be returned promptly for a refund, exchange or credit note, as long as they are in their original condition.

Garments must be received by us in our Brunswick East HQ strictly within 10 days of delivery. Any returns that arrive after the 10 day period will not be accepted.

1) Email us at hello{at} to arrange the return within 48 hours of receipt of item to receive your R-code. Write your R-Code on your paperwork and enclose along with your return.

2) Returns must be sent via Australia Post with tracking to the following address:

Kinding cannot accept liability for lost returns. Please track your parcel.

3) Refunds will be made within 5 days of receipt of garments in original condition, minus original shipping costs.

After 14 days all sales are final.

Sale Items Please note that all SALE items are final. Please choose carefully.

Alterations and special orders All sales are final unless faulty.

Wrong size If your chosen garment does not fit and we have the better size available we will happily switch it for you. All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. Garments must be unworn with the original tags still attached.

Not sure about size We encourage you to order 2 sizes of the same style and we will issue a refund for the return size. Please keep in mind you are purchasing from a small business - I make small quantities and things sell out quickly, so I can offer this option with these conditions:

1) that you try on the clothes and notify us by email hello{at}  within 48hours of delivery of your intention to return a size.

2) that you post back the return clothes in original condition within 4 days of delivery ensuring we receive them no later than 10 days after you received your garment. 

After 10 days we cannot accept returns. We ask for this prompt turn around to ensure that I know what stock is available for other customers who might be wanting them, especially when we are selling out. Also, Australia Post is pretty slow these days and can add another week onto the process.

During manufacture, stocktake and packing, our pieces are checked many times for quality of make and material. However if your order arrives and you find a fault, please contact hello{at} and we will arrange a replacement immediately. We will also cover all return postage costs.

Tax policy

GST is included in the total price charged for goods and shipping for orders within Australia and those shipped internationally.
